10:20sometimes you can start 10th and stay 10th because you're in there not trying to do anything too
10:25ridiculous too stupid to try and stay up on the circuit that might be inverted commas difficult
10:30to overtake on yeah on the other side of the coin sometimes you can hit the gate go down in

10:34turn and on that same circuit you can find passes where you didn't even think they were possible and
10:38this is what's happening here with roman february from 30th up to 10th now and he's got riders there
10:4414 laps to go p10 keep pushing vander most like at the bottom of the hill the next rider in

10:51of sights yeah lots of targets for february left on the circuit and ben watson following the frenchman
10:56passed max speeds as well bent up to 11th place which is uh would be one of his best results
11:01in recent gps
11:04yeah february just with one thing on his mind he's got two riders there at the bottom of the hill

11:13not a full-time regular anymore in uh mxgp but february just a little bit throttle happy there on that
11:21right turn back and came around on him just whipped the clutch in stopped that momentum let it settle
11:26itself down then go again but he's eating yards out of the guys ahead of him look that gap coming

11:50not quite on the podium yet even another pass that was his little moment there but even another
11:57pass will only time with ruben fernandez so he needs at least two passes which will be two more points
12:01given where he is in the race because three points between first and second 25 22 then it drops two
12:08point increments so uh 22 20 18 16 then you get to 15 14 so six and seven 15 14
12:15that's where we see the
12:16drop one point margins and after that well february there in tenth place when he finds his way past
12:22the most like that'll go from uh 11 points to 12 points then 12 points to 13 points if he
12:27finds his
12:28way past tom cock and he's got both riders ahead of him as we head uphill and that there just
12:35that deep
12:36dip now on the run towards the uh pit straight takes everything out of the riders as well because
12:41you're just going up you've got those waves and you've got that last one you can't almost double
12:45through there you can't skip through there like we could yesterday yeah i mean there have been some few
12:50crashes there over the years because jack chambers a couple of years ago i think knocked himself
12:53sparko off that one so they probably just slowed it down for safety haven't they but it was different
12:57it was a step up then onto the top on the left side and then obviously then that gets rutty

13:01you get all those kind of issues a rider with no issues right by the most like finds his way

13:34great to see him in this sort of mood shame he was uh down at turn one because when he
13:40got to second in
13:41that first race obviously it was almost like okay you can have this one jeff because you're too far ahead

13:45the road at the moment i might take half a second a lap out of you but even then the
13:49gap is going to
13:50be too big by the time we get to the line smart riding that's the experience there from february
13:54slight bobble there for the 39er man the most like that brings february back into play
14:00not going to see a pass down here but maybe after the finish line through that next tight right hander
14:06if february's close enough he'll go to the inside here can he get on the power nice and early he

14:12but you get that single that levels everything out

14:49running around about 16th place not sure if he's being down oh it's just looking at the uh looking at
14:54the front end there potentially yeah not so happy i know he fell in the the qualifying race yesterday and
14:58took a bunch of skin off his elbow but was okay when he was telling me about it made it
15:05sound like he uh
15:06needed surgery but i was like is that it great anyway this was vander most like he just found his
15:13way past tom
15:13cock cock then ran wide february got out of that turn a little earlier and that was it pulled the
15:20trigger
15:20and away he went finds his way past vander most like as well half of that later february now into
15:25eight
15:25and the most like in blue now down to nine cock in 11 because ben watson has found his way
15:30by into 10th place
15:31good effort this from watson got an eighth in the first in his first race of the year in andalucia
15:37round two
15:41this is going to be his first top 10 ride of the season even if you include that 10th place

16:02with herlings leading vial by three and a half seconds now as we hit this split here guys that
16:072.3 seconds behind the frenchman 14 minutes to go what's he got left in the tank well he did
16:13work his
16:13way up quite methodically in the first race didn't he got himself up into sort of sixth position then he
16:18made
16:18that mistake but even six for tim geiser yes you know it's a little bit off the pace here on
16:27a circuit
16:27that he won at a couple of years ago it's not what he's after a self-proclaimed he doesn't truly
16:31like
16:32this place but he's always gone well here lost the podium positions and yeah of course that win in
16:362024 his last appearance because he missed it last year watson 10 adamo up to 11 tom cock falling by
16:42the
16:42wayside in 12th place on the saarholz ktm saarholz's been around a million years
16:48yeah you remember the old 500 cc honda's good jump on the door and that's probably further than that
16:53i just remember seeing saarholz honda yeah saarholz ktm now of course
17:02anyway geiser can he eat into this advantage that tom vial still has over him
17:0812 world titles in the first three riders just a few five for this fella five for you leader two

17:18and at the moment young pantser in sixth place that would be a season best on a sunday anyway of
17:22course not counting his second in the qualifying race in it today so yeah putting himself in a good
17:26position got about two and a half second buffer over rinault right now here they are yeah tips
17:32together pantser catching see where he does prefer a little bit of hard pack does uh
17:40does young yes young pantser yeah
17:45he's got jeremy see right there i'd normally say a little bit of track intel you know when you don't
17:52finish that first race and you only maybe do a lap or two and it's nice to sort of ride
17:56a track as it
17:57develops but this place here did have a little bit of work during that one hour break between mx
18:01gp race one mx two race two so some of those braking bumps disappeared some of those deep ruts have
18:06disappeared as well the surface here stays the same doesn't really matter you know it's not like a
18:10long where you go first race it's kind of only sort of footpeg deep second race a little later on
18:16it's tank deep petrol tank deep in terms of some of those holes so here pretty much stays the same
18:22so
18:22for someone like jeremy see where he's not missing that first race intel apart from maybe if he wanted to
18:26fine-tune suspension settings and things like that maybe a little bit of mapping anyway fevra all over the back
18:31of maxime renault maxime renault didn't finish race one he's there in seventh place fevra in eighth
18:36behind him
18:39there's also c was 12th grand prix around this circuit so he's done pretty well here before and
18:43pants i actually claimed his best result in the class of course with that fantastic result last year
18:47third in race one
19:06second hand maxime renault is after his fall in race one of course he got tagged by his teammate and
19:16then
19:16wolf i think as he went by couldn't avoid him so uh shoulder back and all the rest of it
19:20so so he's a
19:21little bit beat up but at the same time he did when he did go down that tech air vest
19:27would have
19:27deployed so there would have been an element of protection there front and back yeah in that
19:31respect they might have been punched by the footpeg on the way through as well but uh yeah for sure
19:34that
19:34protection definitely paying off without several riders recently truly sing that technology's praises
19:41see you a pantser fevra now seven renault there nine five nine in eighth place
19:49this was past a moment ago
19:53it already worked it out to go wide cut back to the inside and then just covered his tracks
19:57moved across the middle to prevent any kind of comeback for his fellow frenchy

20:18about is the next pass the next point because he also knows he's got a good opportunity just to close
20:25down some points on the absent kunan and he's looking to make the move here on the slovenian
20:32easy as you like takes a look back wants to make sure there was no comeback and there isn't
20:36fevra now for the sixth
20:45that's that's still chances though he also knows that he can probably tag on a bit of a
20:52loose rear end there for roma fevra pantser knows he can tag onto the rear wheel of the number one
20:56here
20:57especially if he's eyeing up jeremy siwa try and go with him latch onto him and
21:02get a little bit of track intel from following a two-time world champion himself
21:08yeah maxime renault looking for a way through on pantser though factory yamaha versus satellite ktm
21:16there's a 10 second gap the other side of siwa to fernandez so fevra knows he got a
21:21get a shift on to get through here with nine minutes and two laps to go

21:59competitor at the moment keeping roman fevra there behind him yeah the 2022 msgp winner at
22:05this circuit jeremy so he's no mug around here and uh yeah certainly happy on that new bike
22:11yeah fevra just breaking free from pantser he leaves him into the clutches of maxime renault there that's
22:17these two riders here 253 959 and renault looking to make a move at the inside at the bottom of
22:22the
22:22hill here coming into view any moment now as fevra looks to launch up the inside to see what he
22:26does
22:27and renault has found his way past pantser as well see we're trying to cut back but fevra too smart
22:34he
22:35moves in the fifth no way back through here for the swiss rider though
22:47maxime renault clearing pantser as he moved into seventh
22:57we're focusing on that battle there between fevra and siwa as renault went through on pantser
23:03yeah director's nightmare two battles in uh one shot almost but uh yeah fevra now sets about the
23:07ten and a half second gap so he lost half a second there just trying to get around
23:11see where in his pursuit the next uh target fernandez up the road i think this might be the
23:18wake-up call that maxim renault needs as well because obviously he looks like he's closing
23:21in on jeremy siwa it seems to have sort of come alive a little bit so as fevra's gone through
23:25maybe
23:25he's just picked up on one or two little lines here and there but we're getting ready to go down
23:30to pit lane and talk to michele levetti at monster energy yamaha of course we've got tim geyser in third
23:35maxim renault here in seven about two seconds down on jeremy siwa hasn't been the best weekend but uh
23:42let's hear what michele has to say here he is in pit lane
23:48michele levetti in that first race we saw maxine renault retire firstly is he okay yeah it's okay
23:55um actually unfortunately he crashed in the corner in the first lap before coming up
24:01and jumped to the other side of the track and unfortunately kai he was behind really behind
24:06him he cannot avoid and he hit him and so he have a problem yeah i have a pain in
24:12the hip and so he
24:13prefer to stop but it was just a big impact and you know maxim is a fighter and for sure
24:20he can go on
24:21for the second moto and yeah i hope he can finish with a bit better than like this yes well
24:27he is most
24:28definitely fighting we just saw him past pan so he's got siwa in his sights he is pushing out there
24:32isn't
24:33it yes he is pushing and looks like he's a little bit faster than uh than general than jeremy so
24:40i hope
24:40he can pass him so thank you thank you michele
24:47one thing we do know about maxim renault is the fact that battered and bruised or not he will line
24:52up
24:52every given opportunity we saw that last year after his win in argentina and then obviously he had a hand
24:58injury going into cosar and then obviously his home grand prix and saint jean d'ancholi battled through
25:04that battled through uh big impact injuries as well last year eventually he had to sort of just call
25:08time on that but uh here he is again after that hit in race one as michele libetti said not
25:15able to
25:15avoid as he was down and fell in front of him clipped him on the way through caught his hip
25:20been back had a
25:22little bit of physio here he is trying to find his way past siwa for sixth with five minutes plus
25:28two
25:28laps to go all thereabouts gets himself into track position bottom of the hill keeps it nice and tight
25:35he knew there was a way through had he drifted too wide and all of a sudden maxim renault does
25:39find his
25:39way up into that sixth place good part-to-bar battle down pit lane there and uh yeah renault was
25:45second to
25:46jeremy see we're in 2022 so those two swapping their positions from that year right now as they uh uh
25:51duke it out
25:51here for sixth place going the way of the frenchman right head down finds his way forward not sure he
26:01can do anything about roman february who's disappeared five and a half seconds up the track there he is
26:04bottom of the hill that's what that looks like and a rider with nearly nine seconds in hand over his
26:08teammate tom vial jeffrey herlings here the lead honda hrc patronus rider all of a sudden things
26:16starting to fall his way in 2026 those two no scores in germany and latvia and even the the throne
26:25chain in switzerland seem like a distant memory now for the number 84 yes indeed and throat chain of
26:31course uh robbed him of any chance to make points on lucas kunan at the time who had already exited
26:36the
26:36stage well he was still on track but he was obviously going to get a disqualification a nice big power
26:41air just to let the uh back marker know he's on his way through the back marker not batting an
26:47eyelid
26:47cat on the kel is it one three one yeah hurlings gets alongside the 131 of cat on a kel
26:54the german on
26:55the kmp honda doubles his way down into this turn nine cornering like he's on rails at the moment the
27:04number 84 no one challenging him in this second race it's going to be a honda one two as it
27:11stays
27:11if it stays like this fevere third fernandez fourth but all three hondas inside the top four pretty
27:16impressive for giacomo garibaldi's squad here in czech republic i don't know as well fernandez uh judging
27:23by the graphic passing this man on screen now andrea adamo for fifth in the championship if it stays like
27:27this he'll uh gain three points on the italian although andrea has just uh grabbed one of those back
27:32by stopping past ron van domo's dike down the hill to take ninth place yeah another one of those who
27:39had a
27:39difficult start to the race a poor start clawing some points back here six in the championship at
27:46a moment start of the weekend seven behind reuben fernandez maxim renault was fifth in the standings
27:50he's now dropped to seven so fernandez up to fifth adam up to sixth and uh maxim renault down to
27:55seven as
27:56it stands right now been a topsy-turvy kind of weekend in terms of those championship places
28:01yeah and uh brent bandonek obviously after his good race in race one also went down in that first
28:06corner or there are thereabouts and he's got himself in the 16th place one more pass will put him into
28:11the top 10 overall uh he's got to try and make that on rick elzinger who is just four seconds
28:15up the track
28:19good to see roman of most like here doing well eyeing up ninth overall as it stands at the moment
28:25just one
28:26point behind young pantser pantser is going to be eighth overall for the fourth time this year he
28:30went back to back in latvia and italy he's going to go back to back great britain here in czech
28:33republic
28:36in that respect here's geyser sitting there in third two and a half seconds behind vl this looks
28:42as good as it's going to get for tim geyser here in the second race one or two little errors
28:47in the first
28:47one but there's the gap two and a half seconds anymore soon find out these strikes are a little
28:55bit longer than they appear if you get held up behind traffic which tom vl is kato nical just
29:02ahead of him we'll get the split any moment now and panzer and siwa fighting over seven panzer going
29:09through on the swiss rider gap between vl and geyser now down to one point two panzer up to seventh
29:17with
29:17his move on siwa yeah geyser was about second faster than vl on the previous circulation so he is closing
29:26in on the frenchman uh trying to break up that honda one two adamo next to make a move on
29:33the 91 of siwa
29:34see what second rider in shot here being closed in by the number 80 former mx2 world champ
29:40uses the outside he's going to single double his way into this bottom corner
29:45got good momentum through there has adamo on that red bull ktm
29:50but it's as you were but how tricky the circuit is and all of a sudden you give tim geyser
29:54a sniff 1.2
29:56and he believes all of a sudden that a second place is on the cards that gap now half a
30:02second six tenths
30:03as they emerge up into turn one with and it depends on jeffrey hurlings when he goes through
30:09because we've got nine seconds on the clock hurlings about 11 seconds further up the track
30:13does hurlings go through we've got three two one yeah just with about two seconds on the clock
30:18that gives tim geyser a little bit of breathing room gives him an extra lap that takes him off of
30:24everybody's christmas cards list they've all got to do an extra lap at the end of this long hot day
30:28around locket and it gives geyser an extra lap to get around his teammates so uh yeah obviously
30:33completely unintentional but uh vr now is the big target in front of tim well race one was a 19
30:38lapper this one is going to be the same but it was just very tight and a back marker just
30:43getting
30:43in the way there and geyser looks across and it's uh max spies who inadvertently gets in the way that's
30:50cost him a massive amount of time tim geyser and i just wonder now whether he just switches off for
30:55the
30:55next three laps the final three laps he was right there he had the frenchman where he wanted him
30:59but not anymore because that gap now going out from seven tenths to 2.2 seconds massive yeah max
31:05just couldn't hold his line on the outside veered right across tim going through that berm and uh yeah
31:09totally savaged the slovenians charge never say never though nope
31:17good job he got that extra lap well adamo moving up to eighth he finds his way past siwa
31:31tough weekend this weekend such a nice flowing circuit when you arrive and
31:37and then at the end of the day those holes are deeper and bigger than you think
31:41as always with mxgp of course and it's hard pack as well so when it's warm unless you're sort of
31:48well seasoned as a rider where your sort of hands are you know your calluses there are all hard just
31:54at the base of the fingers and other places where you're gripping yeah it's one of those racetracks
31:59where if you've not been riding too often as is the case with jeremy siwa hard pack last week at
32:04foxhill hard pack this weekend those hands can be a little bit sore hurlings into his penultimate lap
32:11this has been the story of his race so far started in fourth quickly got himself into third as he
32:18found his way past siwa at the top of the hill going past pit lane he then went after tim
32:21geyser
32:22didn't make it stick two corners prior to that but this one here he did
32:26had to just run him wide just to let him know i'm there and then the same move on his
32:31teammate
32:31couple of laps later the owl thought he had it covered hurlings had it covered even more
32:38that was the lead for hurlings
32:44yes like this what that lap three
32:51anyway lap and a half to go there's kevin brumman he's in 18th place getting lapped
32:56on the uh mx handle husvana
33:03and uh that move that andrea
33:10adamo just looking here adamo
33:18yeah adamo is dropping down the leaderboard here vandermosteit's gone through here's has gone up
33:22tonight adamo down to 10 ben watson up to 11. yeah ben's passed siwa there on that sense that puts
33:28keertz with ninth place up to seventh overall at the moment i wonder if adamo and siwa came together
33:36because adamo just passed in four eighth place siwa's dropped to 12 and adamo's dropped to 10.
33:42unless he tangled with van der bosdijk was he was he that close with ryan i'm not sure
33:47uh anyway jeffrey hurlings oblivious to what's going on behind him well there is uh well it
33:53wasn't a crash with no most like maybe a crash all by himself that bottom corner turn 15 the long
34:00climb up hill towards monster mountain hurlings into his final lap on course for his 10th race win
34:11for the season and race win in the career of jeffrey hurlings 225. never say never geyser all over the
34:21back of tom vial once again as we head into the final lap so the honda hrc patronus versus the
34:27monster energy yamaha good efficient riding there for geyser use the bank let that rear wheel drive the
34:35whole time up the hill gained maybe a bike length vial goes double single geyser goes single double
34:44bremen out of the way no problems this time around for tim geyser dealing with traffic
34:50but can he get close enough to try and even execute the move on tom vial here the frenchman
34:56lighting up the back end he was a little bit off balance coming out of that turn
34:58stays ahead of the slovenian though who jumps short opting for that inside line at the bottom of the hill
35:06just not close enough can't think of where geyser can find his way through slight moment there as
35:10well and i think tom vial is going to be safe in that second place
35:21just ahead of them about 11 and a half seconds further up the track jeffrey hurlings your race leader
35:28on the way to the chequered flag and grand prix victory number 119 for the bullet edging even
35:34closer to that magic mark of 120
35:40and as his teammate emerges out of turn one hurlings emerging down towards the final turn and it's going
35:47to be jeffrey hurlings who goes 1-1 here in locket czech republic he wins the mxgp of czech republic
35:54and he
35:55pulls a massive margin clear now at the top of the championship
36:02tom vial crosses the line in second tim geyser will ease over the line in third
36:08he'll be kicking himself because he would believe that back marker there with max spies just thwarted
36:14any opportunity for him to find his way past tom vial hurlings first vial second they are going to be
36:20on the top two top two steps of the podium roman february here is going to cross the line in
36:25fifth
36:25place fantastic ride through the field having fallen at turn one with kai de wolf and isaac gifting he's
36:31going to be third overall this weekend roman february and that is a run of four podiums in a row

36:38from the last six rounds good recovery run that for the defending champion yeah absolutely the first
36:44perfect weekend for jeffrey hurlings on that honda hrc patronus machine goes 1-1-1 for the first time
36:49all year and a 1-2-4 for hs hs hs patronus in both race two and in the overall
