00:00Aura, these guys here, have revealed the most stressful day of the past year, and if you think
00:04it's the Monday after holiday break or election day, you're wrong. New Yorkers, though, may not
00:08be surprised. The Health Tracker brand exclusively revealed to the Post that from July 1st of last
00:12year to June 30th of this year, the most stressful day across the country was May 16th. So what was
00:18so special about that day that stressed everyone out? For some, it may have been nothing in
00:21particular. The Aura measures physiological stress, so it's when your nervous system gets
00:25activated more than usual. That can be caused by lots of things like bad sleep, illness,
00:30alcohol, hormonal changes, even travel. But for New Yorkers, May 16th was also the start
00:35of the LIRR strike. Now, for the whole U.S., July 4th was number two of the most stressful,
00:40while Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving, and New Year's Eve were also in the top 10. The rankings were a
00:44bit different for New Yorkers. The second most stressful day was June 13th, which I can't
00:48imagine why anybody was stressed. It was only Game 5 of the NBA Finals. June 5th, which happened to be
00:53Game 2, also made the rankings. Want to explore the full list in detail? Head to the link in our
00:57bio.
