00:00Young people, what are they doing with their lives? There's no jobs, there's no nothing, so if you sit at
00:05home, you know, what's going on in your head? I don't know, I really, really don't know. I went with
00:12kids and I had to learn it, I was a nurse, and even a long time ago, but that wasn't
00:18talked about that, so I really don't know, there's two schools of thought, anything.
00:23My generation doesn't talk enough about it, and when you look at, when you take it from my generation's point
00:30of view, you look at a younger generation's and suspect maybe they talk too much about it, but that's an
00:36old man's perspective, and what we're used to is not talking about it. It is what it is, you get
00:42on with it, isn't it?
00:45I'm quite bad at it, to be honest, with unwind and things. I usually end up, you know, things like
00:52gym, gym helps me, like, kind of calm down and quiet. Really thinking about work, or thinking about, like, the
01:01next thing I want to do makes me unwind, and then sport, like, watching sport, like, football or UFC, things
01:10like that.
01:11I find, just putting my headphones on and exercising is my escapism.
01:16I like the beach when it's not absolutely freezing.
01:18Jasmine Dean, that's nice.
01:22Take my friend's dog for a walk as I'm done.
01:26Yeah, it's not really, probably a large glass of red wine.
