Watch as a powerful thunderstorm unleashes dramatic bolts of lightning over the Albanian coastline, illuminating the night sky.

The spectacular weather event was filmed by Timothe Delliaux in Himare, Albania.

The video shows towering, dark storm clouds stretching across the sky as frequent flashes of lightning light up the landscape.

One particularly striking lightning bolt forks down toward the horizon, briefly revealing the coastline and surrounding hills below.
