00:01Today I'll be getting some really casual items in my wardrobe
00:05and showing you how I transform them into date night.
00:08So let's get started.
00:13So my first item I'll be showing you are these pants.
00:17These pajama bottoms I got at Uniqlo
00:19and I didn't expect to get this much wear out of them
00:21because they're super comfortable.
00:23You've got pockets inside and the elastic waist
00:25is really comfy and it just adjusts to my belly size.
00:28If I eat something crazy.
00:30I can easily wear these out in public
00:32as long as I tweak some elements in my outfit.
00:34So here is my first date look
00:36and I think this is totally appropriate.
00:39And because my pants are so baggy,
00:41I went for a fitted black top
00:43because I love when things contrast.
00:45I feel like if the bottoms are baggy,
00:47the top should be a little bit more fitted, vice versa.
00:50And I feel like it just gives balance to my look.
00:52I accentuated the waist by adding a little belt accessory.
00:56It adds some bling and it helps me keep my figure.
01:00And I also added this necklace over here.
01:02Do a little V line up here.
01:04I just think it's really feminine and very flattering.
01:07And lastly, I threw on some colorful heels
01:09to make the pants look less sloppy
01:12and it just adds a pop of color.
01:14And I think this is perfect for a nice dinner date
01:16or even bar hopping.
01:18My next item is a pair of denim shorts.
01:21And if you don't have a pair of cut-offs yet,
01:23you need to get on it because they're so versatile.
01:26And I feel like you don't have to wear these casually
01:29all the time, so I'll be showing you how I vamp them up.
01:32I have elevated my cut-offs by adding
01:35very crisp white elements.
01:36I love this blazer and button-up combo
01:39because it just makes it formal enough.
01:42Of course, I've added heels to the mix.
01:44I went for a nude shoe
01:45because I just wanted to elongate the legs.
01:48These pair of heels are super comfortable
01:49and easy to walk in, so that way I don't have to worry
01:52about tripping or falling during my date.
01:54And for accessories, I added a silver bolo tie
01:58looking thing because I wanted it to kind of flow
02:00with this control belt that I've got going on.
