00:07The proposals include Binchester Earth, a new attraction beside the Roman fort in County Durham,

00:17The wider 11 Arches Park scheme would add new performance venues inspired by different periods of history,
00:24including Roman and medieval themes.
00:26Plans also include transport improvements such as a new access road, car parks and pedestrian links.
00:33Developers say the project would build on the expanded Kinran Day attraction.
00:38Durham County Council will consider the proposals at a later date following the planning process.
