00:31testified that Syed Amir raised the complaint
00:34during a meeting at his office in Publica in January 2021.
00:39The 14th prosecution witness said Syed Amir complained that he was unhappy with Wan Azar
00:44as payment was not enough and did not follow the schedule,
00:47with a 2 million ringgit balance still owed.
00:50The court earlier heard that Nexus Corp Group won the 381 million ringgit open tender
00:56for the RMPNet project, covering maintenance, services and spare parts

01:06Khairul Nizam said Wan Azar had asked him to relay that he

01:19Syed Amir is on trial for two counts of accepting 350,000 ringgit in bribes from Wan Azar,

01:28along with a third charge of soliciting the same amount.
