Congress MP KC Venugopal launched a sharp attack against the central government, targeting Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. Venugopal stated that Pradhan lacks the moral responsibility to continue as Education Minister, questioning who would listen to his words. He claimed that 1.8 billion people are demanding the minister's resignation, asserting that he must resign for the sake of the children of the country. Congress MPs, who had protested outside the Prime Minister's residence the previous day, continued their demonstration in front of the Parliament building, dressed in black attire. Congress leaders demanded that those responsible must bear moral accountability and resign. When MPs attempted to protest outside the Prime Minister's residence, they were detained and later released.
