00:16The concept was great, but it felt like the product

00:19the image quality was poor,
00:21and it never lived up to the 4K expectations.
00:24But this DJI Neo 2 has returned an updated model
00:27with smoother active track, a new selfie shot mode,
00:29intuitive palm takeoff and landing, gesture control,
00:32and most importantly,
00:33with full omnidirectional obstacle sensing.
00:35That's through a larger half-inch image sensor
00:38with 12 megapixels of effective pixels
00:40and a dual-access gimbal.
00:42This thing is packed with features.
00:43So the best thing is that I didn't even need a transmitter
00:46to control this thing.
00:47I can just do it through the DJI Fly app on my smartphone.
00:50All you need to do is hold it down in front of you
00:52and it'll start the tracking as soon as I press start on here.
00:55There'll be a countdown.
00:56Three, two, one.
00:57And then it'll go.

00:59So right now, it's figuring out where I am

01:06and side to side.
01:07And it is so quick at doing this.

01:15This thing weighs just 151 grams without the transmitter
01:18or 160 with the transmitter on the back of it.
01:21It's so lightweight,
01:22you could literally stick it in your pocket.
