08:35and if you cut into it and it's still not done enough for your liking, hey, you'll let it go
08:40a little bit further.
08:41Now, I don't like cutting into the steaks.
08:43It's more of a pressure to feel how done it is, but if you go burger, sometimes the burgers are
08:50too thick, and you can't cook the inside.
08:53If you're a newbie to it, you burn and char the outside.
08:57Chicken can be really dry if you're nervous about cooking it to the right temp.
