00:00You could make a strong argument that this weekend was as significant as any for the White Sox
00:06organization since the 2005 World Series. Because of what you just described, what you just described,
00:13what we're describing and what we're experiencing and observing is that the White Sox culture has
00:19shifted entirely from a place where you didn't really want to be a part of, from a place that
00:26was easy to mock and criticize to a destination for a guy like Rock Chalowski who wanted to be in
00:34Chicago after visiting here and spending time with this group. This has been intentional by Chris
00:42Guest to put in the organization people of character who have talent, who have skill, who can help them
00:48grow, but they're youthful, they're talented, and they're committed and they're driven. This guy is
00:54a leader as much as anything. He is a winner that we have seen. But from Friday, Mune's return to
01:02the
01:02All-Star announcement to Tristan Peters triple to sweeping the A's to the draft and getting all of
01:10this talent and the infusion of that in the organization. It is cool to be a White Sox
01:16player. It's cool to be a White Sox fan. And right now, it's, I think, really a great time for
01:25the
01:25franchise because there's so much change. And it is all, I think, part of this cultural shift
01:32to where the Sox are becoming whatever they become, but you feel very good about the direction
01:39right now, as good as you have felt in years.
