00:18you saw the light you saw where this is going but there was no guarantee and then here we are
00:24what i wanted to see from this team was having a good april because you want them to continue what
00:30they were doing at the end of last year and then make it even better and that's what they're doing
00:33without kyle teal mike vassel's out for the year as well and you're just seeing a lot of guys
00:39contributing and that's what makes me believe that this team can reach expectations maybe beyond what
00:46a lot of people were thinking maybe this team can play 500 baseball for the whole year or maybe even
00:53above that and the reason why i think that they can is that this is not just one or two
00:58guys or five
00:58guys contributing everybody who they're bringing up and coming to the majors or who are already here
01:05they are in some way big ways small ways contributing and the last couple of seasons you'd have a lot

01:12guys that did not contribute and what happens you lose 100 games so this is a team that's gaining
01:16confidence and they're having this record right now they've only played four games in the american
01:22league central and what i said before the year was like my bold prediction one of them one that i

01:26two one was that murakami was going to hit 40 home runs he might surpass that and the other one
01:30was
01:31that the white socks bold prediction would have a winning record in the american league central if they
01:37do that and it's still an if if they do that they are competing for this division as crazy as
01:42that
01:42sounds but if they can have a winning record in this division which they've been really really poor in
01:48last four years that changes in my opinion the calculus of the season
