00:28Yeah, of course. It's a definite adjustment in terms of the way that we want to do things.
00:33One good thing is all the boys that have come in come from a very good pedigree in terms of
00:38where they've been,
00:39what they've experienced, so we expect them to catch on quite quickly.
00:43It's a responsibility of the group that was here, the core of the group as well,
00:47to make sure that the new ones have a good understanding of those expectations.
00:52We know it's an extension of last year in terms of the players.
00:55They drive their standards. We just hold them to those, and so far it's been fantastic.
