00:16You know, first half, we had some challenges, you know,

00:18that we haven't explored yet as a team.

00:20So it was important that they feel that

00:23and try and find some solutions within the way that we do things.

00:26Again, good response second half.

00:27Everyone that came on, you know, did well.
