00:00I mean what did you see then that thought that made you think he'll be a

00:03yeah he's um Joe's Joe's a leader he's been a leader everywhere he's been that was no different

00:09when we were together he was quite young then but um look he's he's got fantastic experience

00:14through sort of Scotland and England as well um around the change room he's fantastic he he just

00:20he he's a very confident um player he knows his strengths which is very very important

00:25and I just thought when I first spoke to him uh you know he'd definitely add to what we were trying

00:30to do we knew that we're going to have a bit of a transformation in terms of a lot of young ones

00:34coming through and you need you know as much as I want to you know be the sort of or staff want to

00:39be the focal point of of what happens it more more often than not the the players sort of learn more

00:46from the player that they're sitting next to in the change room so he was very important like

00:50shoot at the end of the game
