00:00The World Cup has brought fan bases and media outlets from across the world to here in New York
00:06City and that includes our friends from Talk Sport. Talk Sport is the world's biggest sports
00:13radio station. A great radio station but not very much visualization is part of it too. They recently
00:20moved their studio operations from downtown London to downtown New York City near the World Trade
00:26Center to cover the 2026 World Cup. Jim White is a prominent Scottish sports broadcaster who hosts
00:33the flagship mid-morning show White and Jordan on Talk Sport. Renowned for his high-energy delivery.
00:40There has been talk as I understand it even in England camp. Kwanzaa being out. I wonder if he's
00:45available now in view of what happened with Balogun. Of course other nations are thinking along those
00:50lines. The Belgians quite rightly are making hay out of this. He co-hosts the show alongside
00:56former Crystal Palace owner Simon Jordan. Simon Jordan bought the club at just 31 years old.
01:04He became the youngest chairman in English football history at the time. Today he's widely recognized
01:10as a prominent sports pundit. The World Cup has drawn fans internationally to New York City
01:16in celebration of football culture. This city, New York, has been a phenomenal horse city.
01:24So it's a very, very big deal for us to be here. We've gone from 17 floors up back in
01:30London to 50
01:31floors up here at the World Trade Center. And as I speak, I'm looking at the boats going around the
01:36Statue of Liberty. I appeared on White and Jordan to give my take ahead of a high stakes game in
01:42the
01:422026 World Cup. As a former professional athlete, if you put me on that field, I'm going to walk out
01:48there and be like, they've got Harry Kane. This is going to sound like I'm going to give you the
01:53top of
01:53my game. White and Jordan, like those guys, those guys are a classic. I love being able to go back
01:59and
02:00forth with them and banter. I understand that their football knowledge is a lot more extensive than mine,
02:06but I love to be able to be on a platform or be with guys who encourage a different opinion.
02:12Simon and Jordan airs daily on youtube.com at TalkSport.
