04:46tragedy these places are also part of what is happening in venezuela right now we are right
04:51now in caracas but there are spaces like this designed and underway already completely functional
04:59both in the capital city in la guayra particularly in other states as well and they are giving their
05:05best efforts to assist the population in a moment of great difficulties understanding that it takes
05:12the effort of a whole community to precisely continue the reconstruction activities and
05:19everything that has to do with the day after and the weeks after the double earthquake of june 24th
05:25again this is from la pastora caracas now we go back to you
05:32thank you belen as part of the recovery plan for la guaya state reconstruction work is underway on
05:37two of the 20 buildings in the brisa's de maquetea residences these efforts are in line with the
05:42instructions of acting president of regis and the deployment of the simon bolivar geographic
05:47institute of venezuela to densify the national geodetic network which ensures the accuracy and
05:52technical detail necessary for new construction in the state in this way the bolivar government is
05:58making progress in assisting the affected communities prioritizing safety and land use planning in
06:02accordance with the highest scientific standards and in venezuela as part of the comprehensive zoning
06:14of la guayra state ordered by acting president rodriguez the simon bolivar geographic institute
06:19of venezuela began the densification of the national geodetic network in macuto this was announced by
06:25the minister of planning ricardo menendez who explained that the 32 points established in the
06:30state will be reviewed to assess the impact of the recent earthquake and proceed with the necessary
06:34densification menendez emphasized that this network will enable the creation of cartographic products
06:40with a non-precedented level of detail and accuracy facilitating both the response to the current
06:45emergency and the planning of future construction projects furthermore he specified that a new digital
06:50map will be created using drone flights anchored to the geodetic network as part of scientific project
06:56meeting the highest standards in latin america which will be available to both public and private institutions
07:07comprehensive efforts are underway on the instructions of acting president delcy rodriguez
07:13regarding the events specifically the seismic event that had a widespread impact particularly
07:17in la guayra state but also throughout the country with more significant effects along the coast
07:23the earthquake also affected aragua state caracas and miranda however la guayra state is undoubtedly
07:29where a significant portion of the epicenter is located the simone bolivar national geographic
07:35institute has been carrying out various activities aerial surveys have been conducted several mapping
07:41efforts using drones have already been completed yielding initial results particularly at a detailed level
07:46for each of the streams or rivers in this area we are conducting a survey of the middle and upper
07:51parts of the watershed using helicopter flyovers and now in this case we are conducting an assessment a
07:58densification from the perspective of the national geodetic network we can see that this is not specific
08:03to la guayra but rather applies to the entire national geodetic network and of course we are increasing the
08:09density of the points to enable plotting in the case of la guayra we originally had 32 established points
08:18and now we're going to review each of those points those that may have been affected by seismic events
08:22and those that will require densification following the recent efforts venezuela faces a double challenge
