Mistakes are common in animated movies. Even one of the most popular animated movies in the world “Frozen” isn’t safe from it. There are many mistakes that have slipped in. And in today’s video we’re going to show you some of the mistakes that you might have missed in frozen 1 and 2.

00:02Even one of the most popular animated movies in the world, Frozen, isn't safe from it.
00:07There are many mistakes that have slipped in.
00:09And in today's video, we're going to show you some of the mistakes that you might have
00:13missed in Frozen 1 and 2.
00:15Number 1.
00:16It's safe to say that Arendelle Castle is pretty impressive, but we didn't know it
00:20could also do magic by itself.
00:22Now look at this scene carefully.
00:24While singing, Elsa pauses at a huge table and mirror against the wall.
00:29But the issue is, once she turns around and moves along the hallway, the table and mirror
00:34behind her disappear.
00:35Like literally disappeared into thin air.
00:39Number 2.
00:39Now this mistake is kind of a confusing one.
00:42When the group comes across the people living in the forest, they go on a defensive mode.
00:46And if we look at Anna's sword, we can notice that the icicles are facing towards her.
00:51But moments later, when the scene changes, the icicles are now facing away from her.
00:55Maybe the sword changed its mind, or maybe animators changed theirs.
01:00Number 3.
01:01In the scene where the group is playing the game of charades, we can notice some props
01:05on the floor.
01:06There are several items next to Sven.
01:08And if we look closely, the hourglass is between the two items.
01:11But moments later, the hourglass switches positions all on its own.
01:16Earlier, it was in the middle.
01:18But now, it's behind one of the items.
01:21Number 4.
01:22This mistake makes absolutely no sense.
01:25In one of the scenes, the rock giants are throwing big boulders towards Anna.
01:29And when one of the rock giants throws boulder at Anna, one of the boulders damages the center
01:34of the bridge.
01:35So, Anna turns the other way, only for another boulder to collapse at the far end of the
01:40bridge.
01:41So, basically Anna should be trapped here, because earlier the boulder damaged the middle
01:46part of the bridge, and now the far end.
01:48But somehow, Anna runs back over the middle part, as if nothing happened to it.
01:52There's just no way she was able to jump that far.
01:55This is definitely an animation mistake.
01:58Number 5.
01:59In the scene where Honeymarin talks to Elsa at the fire, we can notice that she places
02:03her cup downright next to her leg.
02:05But moments later, the cup somehow disappears.
02:08It seems like even the animators forgot about the cup.
02:11Number 6.
02:12Now let's look at another case of disappearance.
02:14In the scene where Elsa is asking Kristoff to borrow the wagon.
02:19We can notice that Sven is right behind him.
02:21The scene continues, and the shots go back and forth.
02:24But a few moments later, Sven is no longer behind Anna and Kristoff.
02:29It looks like he disappeared from this scene.
02:31Number 7.
02:33Focus on the background to spot this error.
02:35When Anna runs out of the forest and faces the rock giant, take note of the layout and
02:40thickness of the branches behind her.
02:42Because in no time at all, they'll change all on their own.
02:45They seem quite thicker, and their layout has definitely changed.
02:49Maybe those plants can also do magic.
02:51Number 8.
02:52In the scene where Anna faces the guards to tell them the dam needs to be destroyed, we can
02:57notice that the guard to the left is very close to the edge of the cliff.
03:00But in the next scene, when the guards are getting bombarded by large rocks, we can notice
03:05that there's quite a bit of space between him and the edge of the cliff.
03:09But earlier, there was very little space between him and the edge.
03:13Number 9.
03:14When Anna sings the next right thing, she places the strap of her bag over her hair on
03:19her shoulder.
03:19A few seconds later though, her hair is now over the strap, even though Anna didn't move
03:24it herself.
03:26Number 10.
03:27Talking about hair, let's look at the first Frozen movie.
03:31When Elsa begins to sing Let It Go, she lets her hair down.
03:35But when she sweeps her braid to the front, notice that it literally passes through her
03:39shoulder instead of over.
03:41Like how's this even possible?
03:43Her braid phased right through her shoulder.
03:45Number 11.
03:46In the scene where Elsa and Anna argue over her sudden engagement, it's a heartbreaking
03:51moment between the sisters.
03:52But we're focused on the mistake here.
03:54In the first shot, there's no one behind Anna, but in the second shot, Hans, the Duke
03:59and the Duke's men appear right behind her, seemingly out of nowhere.
04:04Number 12.
04:05Now let's look at a logic error.
04:07In one of the scenes, Elsa turns all of Arendelle into eternal winter, which freezes everything
04:12in that area.
04:14Also, all forms of water freeze solid, even the lake.
04:18But Anna later falls into a creek of running water.
04:21Why didn't it freeze too?
04:22Perhaps it's because the water is running, but it seems more likely the animator slipped
04:27up on this one.
04:29Number 13.
04:30As we know, Elsa's powers are withheld when she wears gloves on her hands.
04:34However, in this scene, her powers seem to be able to pass through her shoes when she
04:39uses her feet to freeze the ground.
04:41So, gloves stop her powers, but shoes don't, doesn't make much sense.
04:46Number 14.
04:47Did Olaf just up and leave this scene?
04:50On the icy staircase, Olaf can be seen right next to Anna.
04:54But in the next two shots, he vanishes.
04:57We would understand if he slid down the slippery ice stairs.
05:00But we're sad to see him disappear.
05:03Number 15.
05:04In one of the scenes, Anna and Kristoff can be seen heading towards Elsa's castle.
05:08And if we look at the surrounding here, we notice that almost everything is covered in
05:13snow.
05:13Except in this shot, we can see rock uncovered by snow next to the entrance to Elsa's castle.
05:19But when the angle changes, the snow covers more of the mountain.
05:22But earlier, we saw there was a big portion of rock uncovered.
05:26Seems like Elsa's powers can do more than we thought.
05:30Number 17.
05:31When Kristoff and Anna are denied entry into the huge wall of mist, we see them back with
05:36Sven, Elsa and Anna.
05:39But in the next wide shot, when Elsa attempts to cross, Sven, Olaf and Kristoff are completely
05:45out of sight.
05:46It seems like animators forgot they were there.
05:48Number 18.
05:49In one of the scenes, where Elsa begins to unfreeze everything, the crew is standing on
05:54the frozen lake.
05:55But when the water begins to melt around them, they are suddenly on a ship.
05:59Maybe it was stuck underwater, but just doesn't seem that likely.
06:03Number 19.
06:04To understand this mistake, we've to understand a bit of science.
06:07It's a known fact that when met with extreme cold, metal shatters.
06:11So when Elsa uses her powers to escape from metal shackles, they should have shattered here,
06:16not bent into a deformed shape.
06:18We guess the animators didn't know that metal only bends when extreme heat is applied
06:23to it.
06:23Number 20.
06:24One thing about snow is it always leaves tracks.
06:27Or does it?
06:29When Kristoff and Sven walk up a snowy hill, their footprints are seen in the powder behind
06:33them.
06:34In the next shot, Kristoff looks back, and their tracks are completely gone.
06:40Animators can't catch everything, but this seems pretty big.
06:43Number 21.
06:44In one of the scenes, Anna and Kristoff come up against an ice monster.
06:49When Anna and Kristoff get tossed by the ice monster, Anna's headscarf is gone from her
06:54head.
06:54But moments later, in the next shot, it somehow makes its way back onto her head.
07:00Number 22.
07:01If you have ever been in a windy, snowy environment, then you would know that the snow gets stuck
07:06on your hair, eyebrow, and clothes.
07:09But in Frozen Universe, snow seems to be a little weird.
07:13Here, during the intense and windy storm scene, snow flies all around the characters.
07:18But oddly, none of it seems to touch land or stick to their clothing or hair at all.
07:23Number 23.
07:24In one of the scenes, Anna and Kristoff are on a sleigh getting chased by wolves.
07:29Moments later, Kristoff is attacked by wolves during the sleigh ride.
07:33Anna comes to his rescue.
07:35She lights the blanket on fire with a torch and tosses it.
07:38But somewhere along the way, the torch is dropped.
07:42Even after it's dropped, we can't see it.
07:44If she had dropped it onto the sleigh's trailer, it would have caught on fire.
07:48But you may think she threw the torch on the ground.
07:51But if that was the case, then we should have seen the torch light from this angle.
07:55But we didn't.
07:56This is definitely an animation mistake.
07:58So these were some of the mistakes we found in the Frozen series.
