00:16Testifying in Mohidin's corruption trial, Tenggul Zafrul said the companies on list
00:21had been shortlisted by the PMO for pre-qualification tenders.
00:26He said the process was intended to restrict bidding for projects
00:30to a select group of companies that would compete based on technical and financial screenings.
00:37Tenggul Zafrul, the Finance Minister at the time, said all 54 companies on the list
00:42were proposed by the PMO, not by him or the Finance Ministry.
00:47He said he did not know how the PMO or Mohidin had identified the 54 companies.
00:52He also said he was not told by Mohidin that Bersato or Mohidin himself
00:57would receive contributions from any of the companies.
01:01Tenggul Zafrul said that one company, given a multi-million ringgit project in Negeri's Milan,
01:07had in December 2020 failed the initial evaluation.
01:11He said the PMO later provided additional information for a second assessment,
01:16following which the company passed a second evaluation.
01:19Mohidin 78 faces seven charges linked to the Jana Wibawa program,
01:25including for abuse of power and money laundering, which he denies.
