00:17with more than 80 tons of relief supplies for the region affected by the June 24 earthquakes.
00:24The shipment includes power generators, water purification system, disinfection equipment and solar lighting systems,
00:34as well as more than 1,700 tents and over 6,700 blankets.
00:42According to Chinese authorities, additional shipments of humanitarian aid will be sent in the coming days.
00:49This assistance is part of an additional 100 million yuan aid package,
00:56the equivalent to approximately 15 million United States dollars.
01:02China has also provided satellite imagery to support damage assessment and rescue operations.
01:11The Red Cross Society of China has also announced a donation of $300,000 to support relief and reconstruction efforts
