00:24following the earthquakes that struck the country on June 24.
00:27The Chinese government announced an emergency aid of 100 million yuan, around $15 million,
00:38to support assistance for victims, the delivery of supplies, and recovery of reconstruction efforts.
00:46Beijing's response also includes technological support.
00:50China made satellite imagery available to help Venezuela authorities assess the damage and coordinate emergency operations.
01:01In addition, the Red Cross Society of China announced the delivery of humanitarian aid.
01:09Solidarity also came from the Chinese community in Venezuela.
01:13Associações of Chinese citizens and companies operating in the country organized efforts to collect and distribute
01:22around 50 hundred tons of aid, including food and essential supplies such as water, rice, milk, and sugar.
01:33For families affected by the earthquake, Chinese companies presented in Venezuela are also supporting the response
01:43with logistics, machinery, engineering, equipment, and materials needed for emergency operations.
