00:00Now is the best time for flowers so we are going to celebrate that by creating a beautiful
00:06frothy arrangement that will make you smile every time you look at it.
00:14So I've chosen a vintage boat vessel that I absolutely love and inside here you'll see
00:22that there is just a pillow if you like of chicken wire that is going to provide the
00:28structure into which we can create this design. So let's add some water into the vessel and then we
00:35can start designing. I'm going to be using lilac which is in season right now and I absolutely
00:44adore it but it's beautiful scent and the other flower that we are going to use are these exquisite
00:50little clouds of Gelder Rose which is also known as Viburnum Opulus Rosum. Right let's start arranging.
01:00I'm going to start by adding some lilac first just create a bit of a shape and then we'll add
01:06in some
01:06of our Gelder Rose. Look at this one it's absolutely beautiful I mean you can just see that as it
01:15would
01:15be growing on a tree. I mean this on its own would look absolutely exquisite but we're going to add
01:29in
01:29a little contrasting colour so we've got this zesty lime green from the Gelder Rose.
01:40Willow has decided to join us for this design looking very pretty through the lilac there Willow.
01:46We just want to make sure we've got clouds of these flowers that are kind of tumbling over the edge
01:50and the idea is that we then won't see any of the kind of lip of the vase when this
01:56design is finished.
01:58Really you want this to look full and frothy from all angles so we want to make sure the back
02:03is equally
02:04as beautiful as the front. And that's your finished design. Just keep the water topped up and enjoy
02:13the beauty of these spring flowers whilst they're here.
