00:01Hi, I'm Butter. This is Wafer. This is how I host. Please come in. Come on.
00:11I come from a long line of good gardeners. My mother's a really good gardener and she was the
00:16president of our local gardening club in Maryland. I know so sweet. So I feel like gardening is in the
00:24blood and my mother's an incredibly good hostess and a great cook. So we do like to sort of
00:29do this kind of thing, garden and entertain. I've got some dear friends coming for lunch
00:36today and I love nothing more than creating a beautiful tablescape. I love a combination
00:42of kind of old and new, found and purchased. I collect these plates wherever I see them,
00:48I collect them. I've got quite a significant collection of the black and white Staffordshire
00:54Spaniels. I really love them because they have such funny little faces and warm
00:59personalities and they keep me company, believe it or not. Sounds a bit mad, doesn't it?
01:03I think no beautiful spring table is complete without seasonal flowers. What makes a pretty
01:10arrangement, I think, is the different flower colours and flower forms. I try and really be
01:16responsible about the flowers that I include in my tablescape. When you pause, you know, in
01:22between courses there's a moment that you can sort of savor your flowers on the table. So
01:29now my guests are going to be arriving any minute so I might go get changed.
01:32Thank you very much.
01:33I love you.
01:33I see you.
01:34I hear a little bit of the flowers in my heart a little bit, but you can't.
