00:06I'll be meeting the task force that I chair in the next two weeks to agree the scope and the
00:12role of that commissioner.
00:13We'll then get it on the statute books to make sure it's in place as quickly as possible,
00:17because by the end of this year we will have published a national action plan for maternity services,
00:22and the commissioner will have a key role to play in making sure that that plan is implemented and done
00:27properly.
