00:19right we have a good team we have good people that believe in in the same thing you know we're
00:24going on going along you know the toughest part is you get a little taste of winning and it's
00:28really easy to veer off and you know start trading all your young players. Now if there's something
00:34that makes too much sense obviously we're alert and we're staying on top of it and we're ready
00:39to jump but we want to be patient we want to be careful in how we take the next step.

00:45draft now completed where does your attention now turn as the offseason continues? It does turn to
00:50free agency and where can we round out the team to help us take the next step protecting our young
00:57players you know and helping them you know develop you know prepare them because here's the
01:03dangerous thing is you put all the young guys in too much of a bigger role early in their career
01:08and that that can go sideways pretty quick. So surrounding them with good leaders and guys
01:13that can guide them guys that have been around for a long time is probably the next thing we're
01:19going to try to do here in the next few days.
