00:01The following program is Rated G.
00:30Not a fan of this tile.
00:32Something has made you excited.
00:35The kitchen!
00:36Proving that the only mistake is waiting too long to do it.
00:44Tanya and John met while working on a cruise ship
00:47and have been chasing adventure ever since.
00:49Now after years in downtown Vancouver,
00:52they're done with the urban jungle and condo life
00:54and they've decided they'd like to move from the west coast
00:56right over here to the east coast.
00:58Now John is Irish and wants to be closer to his homeland
01:01while Tanya, she's never lived in a small town before
01:03but she's well up for the challenge.
01:05They want a home with unique architectural features
01:07and bags of charm.
01:09Yep, they plan to trade skyline views for seaside serenity
01:12and do you know what?
01:13We're here to help them.
01:20Hey Tanya, hey John.
01:22Delighted to see you here.
01:23You too.
01:24Sorry we couldn't bring you warmer weather,
01:25it's a very cold one today.
01:27Well such is life on the east coast.
01:29This is it.
01:30You know, Peggy's Cove, the poster child of Nova Scotia.
01:33Thousands of tourists come here every single year.
01:36Weirdly enough there's only 30 to 40 residents here permanently.
01:39I mean there's a big old world to choose from.
01:41Why did you choose Nova Scotia?
01:43We felt like we couldn't go into the clubs anymore.
01:46There's so many reasons to be honest.
01:48Number one, ocean.
01:49All my family are in Dublin.
01:52Right.
01:52Halifax, direct flight, five hours.
01:55You know, you can go for a weekend from Vancouver.
01:57You couldn't do that.
01:59Tying in with that, there's a huge Celtic community in Nova Scotia.
02:03So tell me the kind of home that you're looking for Tanya.
02:05We're looking for something with character.
02:07Something different, something you cannot get in Vancouver.
02:10For our house, we're looking for something with unique architecture,
02:14two to three bedrooms, and at least two bathrooms.
02:17We'd also love a yard and room for guests to open a short-term rental.
02:21We're working with a budget of $750,000.
02:23We've never owned a house, so I've never owned a lawnmower.
02:27Yes, that's a thing.
02:27They've never shoveled.
02:28They never shoveled snow.
02:30You better get ready.
02:30They never shoveled snow.
02:32So it's going to be a whole new adventure for you guys.
02:34Just like the lighthouse is a beacon in this area,
02:36we're going to build your property beacons
02:37and find you something that's just so on the money.
02:40So what we're going to do is we're going to show you three houses.
02:42Oh, fantastic.
02:43I am going to choose you a house, the perfect house for you.
02:46And then when you've discounted that house,
02:49I'm going to find you an even better house.
02:52And then together, we're going to show you a wild card,
02:54something that we both think is absolutely on the money.
02:57If we're moving from one side of Canada to the other,
03:00it has to be perfect.
03:02The stakes are high.
03:03They are.
03:04And we are up to the challenge.
03:05Let's start searching.
03:06Come on.
03:07Let's go in.
03:13This looks beautiful.
03:15So I brought you to Bayside, a really small community of 500 people.
03:19You're surrounded by gorgeous tree stock.
03:21Really, really quiet.
03:22You're 15 minutes from Peggy's Cove.
03:24Super impressive.
03:26A massive amount of deck space.
03:29Fantastic for entertaining.
03:30I love the many, many windows.
03:32So let's look at the evidence.
03:33It's a chalet-style home.
03:35Three levels.
03:35Four bedrooms.
03:37Two and a half bathrooms.
03:39Just over 3,000 square feet.
03:41And that ticket price, 739,000, which is 11,000 under.
03:45Very nice.
03:46Your maximum ticket price.
03:47What's not to love?
03:49Fantastic.
03:50Right in our wheelhouse.
03:51Shall we take a peek inside?
03:52Absolutely.
03:53Come on.
03:53Excited.
03:56In you go.
03:57Wow.
03:58What a beautiful kitchen.
03:59It's a lovely kitchen.
04:00Very modern.
04:00Yeah.
04:01We love the open concept.
04:02I mean, have a wanderer.
04:03Absolutely.
04:04Have a look and see what you think.
04:06Lovely tree-lined views all around.
04:10And this ancillary seating area through the sunroom.
04:12This is cute.
04:13It's bright.
04:14It's obviously going to have the sun morning till night.
04:17It feels like an open condo.
04:20One room running into the other.
04:21Feels like a condo.
04:22We don't want it.
04:22I know that.
04:23But you're moving from a condo to a new place,
04:25and potentially this space could be kitted out to suit your life.
04:28Yeah.
04:28At the moment, it's just ready for the next layer.
04:31Right.
04:32It needs a bit of you.
04:33That's what it needs.
04:34You're fabulously layered.
04:35This needs to be tanya-fied.
04:37Yes.
04:37Say your prayers, because we're going down those stairs.
04:40After you.
04:41Oh, nice.
04:42Amazing.
04:43Lead the way on your choice, Mr. Ryan.
04:46Oh, wow.
04:46Well, yeah.
04:48There's quite a bit of room in here.
04:50The ceilings feel too low.
04:51Really?
04:52Yes, it feels cramped to me.
04:54Wow.
04:54The ceilings are over eight feet.
04:56This is really spacious for a basement.
04:58It actually feels tall to me.
04:59Do you know what?
05:00You've got a little kitchenette area over there,
05:01a really good-sized living room,
05:03two bedrooms, and a full bathroom.
05:05That's a great option for a short-term rental.
05:08True.
05:09Now, I can't give you cathedral ceilings down here,
05:10but come on upstairs.
05:12Oh, excellent.
05:12Because I think you're going to like this, you two.
05:20Righty-ho, up we go.
05:22So, what do we have here, then?
05:24Two amazing bedrooms.
05:26Wow.
05:27This is fantastic.
05:28This is fantastic.
05:29Absolutely.
05:30Yeah.
05:30What we were looking for.
05:31Lots of space feel to us.
05:34Which is the primary?
05:35Excellent.
05:36Bathroom in there.
05:37Very nice.
05:39Lovely.
05:40And then the principal primary bedroom.
05:43That is fantastic.
05:44This is absolutely spectacular.
05:47Magnificent.
05:47Trees, ocean, deck, angled ceilings.
05:52Ah, this is beautiful.
05:53It's tick, tick, tick honestly.
05:55You did it.
05:55I did.
05:55This is fantastic.
05:56Good.
05:57Anything that you want to add, Colin?
05:58Oh, there are many things, Justin.
06:01The bed's in the wrong place.
06:02Do you want to wake up in the morning
06:04and the first thing you see is just a big blank wall?
06:06No.
06:07Is that a closet in there?
06:08It is a closet, yeah.
06:08I get rid of that.
06:09Yeah.
06:09I take the space from that.
06:11Put the bed there.
06:12Put a built-in closet over here.
06:14Yeah.
06:14Then you wake up in the morning, you see that view.
06:16I see your vision.
06:17I think you're in luck that these people actually can see
06:20how they may actually live in this space.
06:22And with my fabulous change suggestion,
06:25this bedroom could be magnificent.
06:27When you say I'm in luck, Colin, I think you'll find
06:29I very carefully chose this house.
06:31We're very creative and we'd understand.
06:34But honestly, I think it's a great house with bags.
06:35You did very well.
06:37Wow, look at this.
06:40Wow.
06:40Wow.
06:40This is everything.
06:42Endless views.
06:44The ocean, the forest, the silence.
06:48This is the wow moment.
06:49Any downsides?
06:50A little tale of two houses for me.
06:53The downstairs, it's very, very modern.
06:56While upstairs here is exactly what we're looking for.
07:00Just because we're at the peak of the forest,
07:01don't peak too soon, you two as well.
07:03Because we've got more houses to look at.
07:04Are you up for it?
07:05Absolutely.
07:06Good.
07:06Where do you fancy?
07:07Point somewhere and we'll go there.
07:08That way.
07:08That way.
07:09Let's go that way.
07:10Yes.
07:10Come on.
07:17We brought you here for educational purposes.
07:20That's very common.
07:21You call it that.
07:22A slice of culture.
07:24In you go.
07:25In you go.
07:26Hello, Dennis.
07:26Get the kettle on.
07:28How are you?
07:29Tanya.
07:29We're bringing Tanya and John down to this wonderful British shop,
07:33which isn't just a hit with the expats,
07:35but a really big hit with the local community.
07:37And that, for me, is the key word.
07:39Community.
07:40We'd love you to meet Tanya and lovely John.
07:43Pleasure, Dennis.
07:44We're delighted to be here.
07:45Pleased to meet you.
07:45You're going to love it here.
07:46You know, we're literally kids at a candy store today, aren't we?
07:51Absolutely.
07:52Proper tea bags, proper biscuits.
07:54Mince pies.
07:55Yeah, baby.
07:56Sausage rolls.
07:57Christmas puddings.
07:58Sausage rolls.
07:58You've got to try out the Cumberland sausage roll.
08:01Oh, come up to me, Cumberland sausage roll.
08:03Hold on a minute.
08:03Oh.
08:04Just a bit.
08:04Oh, I meant to try to grab that bit there.
08:07One bite, and you're in Britain.
08:09Yeah.
08:09Really delicious.
08:10Absolutely.
08:11It's a taste of home.
08:12So, Dennis, when you moved to Canada from the UK,
08:14is this the kind of thing you wanted to do?
08:16Years ago, I said, one day, I'm going to open a traditional British store.
08:19There's a big expat community here, and I've had people with tears in their eyes
08:25because they see things that they remember when they were younger.
08:28So, what you're seeing here is more than simply sustenance.
08:31It's soul food.
08:32As expats ourselves, makes it an inviting place for us to come
08:36because you're going to meet people from a similar background.
08:40Throw in the ambiance, you know.
08:42Dennis is obviously a very chatty guy.
08:44That all ties in at home.
08:46You need that, don't you?
08:47You need the chat as well.
08:48The banter is one of the things you miss when you're awake.
08:51If we could put a smile on people's faces, then we've done a great job.
08:55Dennis, I can guarantee you there are four people here
08:58leaving with smiles on their faces today.
09:00Yay!
09:01Thank you, Dennis.
09:03No problem.
09:04And I'll take these with me before we go, if you don't mind.
09:06All right.
09:07Quickly.
09:07Thank you, Dennis.
09:08Cheers, Dennis.
09:10What a pleasure.
09:16Do not let a little rain dampen your enthusiasm because this house is a real gem.
09:22Right off the street, it looks fantastic.
09:24The architecture is stunning.
09:26This beautiful little pocket is Portuguese Cove, named after the 18th century Portuguese
09:30fisherman that settled here.
09:31300 people live in this little perfect pocket.
09:34Potentially 302.
09:35Oh, there you go.
09:36And it's great if you love the outdoors.
09:38The forestry around, so perfect for hiking, fishing.
09:41So we've got an ocean view here, one and a half storey, three bedroom, two bath, 2,300
09:46square feet.
09:47And the list price of this, $675,000, so well below your budget.
09:53Fantastic.
09:54Magic.
09:54Should we get you in?
09:55Yes, please.
09:56Come on.
10:02Head round to the left there, Tanya.
10:05Wow.
10:06This is a kitchen.
10:08Look at that view.
10:09Your eye is immediately taken to outside rather than looking at the kitchen.
10:14It's open.
10:15I like that.
10:16The ceilings feel quite high.
10:18It's a really good congregational space.
10:20Kitchen, living room, dining room.
10:22And there's a full bathroom on this floor as well.
10:25There is one kind of little drawback in that the kitchen itself feels somewhat dated.
10:31The island is kind of odd a little bit.
10:35And what way odd?
10:35The cooktop is in the middle of the room.
10:39To me, it's a real mashup of lots of different styles from the slate floor to the mahogany floors over
10:43there,
10:44the beach cabinets, and then some unusual touches such as the window blinds, which start in the ceiling and have
10:49to travel a couple of feet before they get anywhere near a window.
10:51And then the dark appliances.
10:54And I don't want to rain on your parade, Colin.
10:56It sounds like a storm coming in, Justin.
10:58Initially, I was going to say it's a bit Mediterranean, but I think it's more Dreaditerranean.
11:03Am I right?
11:04Well, at this price bracket, you can make it your own, OK?
11:06There's a maple kitchen there.
11:07There's a million things you can do with that.
11:09It's a great neutral timber.
11:11You could change the handles, change the worktops.
11:13And remember, we're feeling a bit hemmed in here today because of the weather.
11:17But if you look out the window, we are completely surrounded by that incredible deck.
11:22That is where you're going to spend your time all summer.
11:24That is your living room.
11:25That's your dining room.
11:26That's your party zone.
11:27Going over to these beautiful double doors, leading out to the deck.
11:33What's with the couch?
11:34It's a really bizarre set-up.
11:36And I say this to anybody who's selling their home.
11:38Anybody!
11:39Don't do this!
11:40At the moment, there's real congestion.
11:41I would take that sofa from there, position it over here, OK?
11:46Mm-hmm.
11:46Mm-hmm.
11:46Take this one single floating chair and pop it down in that corner.
11:50Yeah.
11:50Hey, presto, you've corrected the problem.
11:52And this is a classic example of a furniture rejig bettering the room function.
11:57Yes.
11:57Absolutely.
11:58I'm concerned that you're going to find some problems upstairs.
12:01Not to ruin your parade, Colin, but...
12:02You'll find any problems upstairs because we've got three bedrooms here.
12:05There's two below grade in the basement because it's a self-contained unit with its own door.
12:09Great.
12:09And there's also a principal room and washroom upstairs.
12:12Excellent.
12:13Let's have a look.
12:14Tons of light flooding in through that huge window.
12:17Absolutely stunning.
12:17Beautiful, yeah.
12:18If you head in there, there's a great bathroom.
12:20Oh, wow.
12:21Wow.
12:22This is super cute.
12:24They're just continuing the whole Mediterranean vibe in here.
12:26And it's so nice that we have a bathroom without the toilet.
12:30The toilet's in its own compartment there.
12:31Lovely.
12:32I mean, I don't know about you, but when I'm in the bath, I want a little bit of privacy.
12:35I don't want people egging in from a window open plan to the bathroom.
12:39This big gaping aperture in the bathroom for me is a really odd thing.
12:44Remember, it's letting the light flood in.
12:45And remember, the staircase goes down there, so no one can stand there and peek in.
12:49There it is.
12:50Follow me.
12:51We have the principal bedroom through here.
12:53Wow.
12:54Hey.
12:54This is a room.
12:56Absolutely amazing again.
12:57Look at the view.
12:58That's gorgeous.
12:59Picture-perfect window.
13:00You can't beat that.
13:01It looks fantastic.
13:02Look at the angles.
13:03Love the architecture.
13:05It's unique.
13:06Dustin, you will note that the bed is facing the correct direction, so when you wake up,
13:10you see the view.
13:10Not a blank wall.
13:12Very true.
13:12Okay, but who has spotted the elephant in the room?
13:17Right behind you.
13:17Yes, continuing the voyeuristic theme in here.
13:22That wall that stops halfway up to the ceiling.
13:24Yes.
13:25We're great believers in find a fault, make a feature.
13:27Ensure that wall needs to be finished.
13:29I would use that as an opportunity to maybe introduce a beautiful window up there,
13:33maybe a porthole in the center.
13:35Oh, interesting.
13:36Something that's decorative.
13:37Yes.
13:37Really add to the whole nautical vibe in here.
13:40Yes.
13:40Ben, Ben, Ben, Colin.
13:42Personalize, personalize, personalize.
13:44Ben, Ben, Ben.
13:45The jewelry is still out.
13:46Absolutely.
13:48Before we get to the next property, we need to explore the area even further.
13:52Come on.
13:52All right, let's go.
13:53Fantastic.
13:58As our property search with Tanya and John continues apace,
14:01we've decided to change the tempo a little bit.
14:04Come down to a local spa for some rest and relaxation.
14:08But it's not all about relaxation, it's about inspiration as well,
14:12because Tanya would love to set up a short-term rental,
14:15and this place could actually provide vital information to get her there.
14:20So whether you end up buying by the ocean,
14:22maybe you'll buy a house with access to the forest,
14:24and you'll hear the rustle of the trees.
14:26It's just about ensnaring that atmosphere and making the very best.
14:29Flames for me, crucial.
14:31The kinetic movement, dancing there like that.
14:33But I want to have a peek at the cabins.
14:34Come on.
14:35Let's do it.
14:35Absolutely.
14:36Let's see what we've got.
14:37In you go.
14:39Oh, this is so cute.
14:40It feels Nova Scotian.
14:42I love the wood finishes.
14:44It's such a small space, but they've done such a good job.
14:46And you know, it's not about spending a lot of money either.
14:49You know, these are pieces you can pick up second hand,
14:51but it's just about making sure that it's super clean,
14:54that it's all curated together so that it tells a story.
14:56I mean, this would be so simple to recreate
14:59in either of the two homes that we've shown you.
15:01A stripped wood table, textural cushions,
15:03really interesting bed dressing.
15:05See how easy it would be to layer in atmosphere.
15:07I can see it.
15:08I would love to have a little short-term rental
15:10somewhere that's very unique.
15:12Nova Scotian, warm, cosy, a destination for locals.
15:17You don't have to create a huge spa, but just be inspired
15:20and think about additional special touches
15:22that'll make your rental stand out.
15:23So it could be a hot tub, even just a fire pit.
15:26Anything unique that will draw renters.
15:29I love the idea of a sauna.
15:30Being somewhere like this today
15:32really gives you that inspiration
15:34that locally you can do something like this.
15:38Great oaks grow from very small acorns.
15:41Oh, I love that.
15:41Yes, they do. Cheers.
15:42It's the perfect happy ending.
15:44Cheers.
15:54Are you ready for a property miracle?
15:57I can't believe you're showing us a church.
15:59I mean, this is our wild card pick.
16:01I think it's an incredible prospect.
16:03You're in the community of Seabright.
16:05500 people.
16:06It's immersed in nature trails, outdoor treks.
16:09It's a really artistic community.
16:11I'm a little bit hesitant.
16:12Why?
16:12I don't know.
16:13Who lives in a church?
16:15The good news is this actually has been converted.
16:17So it's ready to move into.
16:19We have one and a half stories of living space,
16:22three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 2350 square feet.
16:26There's a semi-attached garage
16:28and the ticket price is admittedly a little higher
16:31than you'd hoped.
16:32But I think it's worth it
16:33and there might be scope for negotiation.
16:35$760,000.
16:37Oh, boy.
16:38So unique.
16:40Absolutely chock full of potential.
16:41It's got angles.
16:42Beautiful architecture.
16:44It looks wonderful from the front.
16:45And I will throw in as well,
16:47we are on a fairly busy road.
16:50But we are only 15 minutes to Peggy's Cove.
16:53And one minute from the ocean.
16:54So it's literally just around the corners.
16:56So come on, bear in mind that as you appraise this.
16:59OK.
17:00Shall we walk you down the aisle?
17:01Come on.
17:01We'd love to see it.
17:05Oh, my God.
17:07Literally.
17:08What a fantastically open space.
17:12It just feels like it's made for entertaining.
17:16And look at the ceilings.
17:17Look at these beams.
17:19It's a miracle we were able to find it.
17:22I mean, really, if you don't buy it, I'm buying it.
17:26It is that good.
17:28I can definitely see us entertaining in here.
17:30It's really well thought out.
17:32You've got dining.
17:32You've got your living space here.
17:34You've even got a fireplace in here.
17:35And having the full bathroom in this floor as well
17:37just makes it really serviceable.
17:39It already feels like a home rather than feeling like a church.
17:44Yeah.
17:44What about this kitchen?
17:45You could be in here baking bread.
17:47Everybody rise.
17:48Yay!
17:49See who's in there, Colin?
17:50Good line.
17:50It's a great, great space.
17:52I love everything about this.
17:53This is a lovely space.
17:54So much character.
17:55This kitchen has biblical proportions.
17:58Look at the width of the drawers.
18:00You know, these are not off the shelf.
18:01Yes.
18:01Everything is scaled up.
18:03So it feels very natural in this great space.
18:05And I think even the positioning of it in the epicenter really works.
18:09And it draws your eye immediately when you come in.
18:13It's beautiful.
18:14I've not seen anything like these countertops.
18:16That's called trillium.
18:17So it's a local stone honed to perfection and turned into great counters.
18:20It's just a tiny detail in this overwhelmingly beautiful picture.
18:24Everything's so sympathetic to the period of the church, yet modern at the same time.
18:28The light that is coming in here.
18:30The various colours coming in from the stained glass.
18:33The expanse of room that is up there.
18:36And if you think the view of those windows is good from here, you should see them from upstairs.
18:40Shall we ascend?
18:41Yes.
18:42We're thrilled to go see it.
18:43I mean, this was probably the choir loft in days gone by.
18:46And continuing that theme, you could still hit the high notes because it's a bedroom now.
18:50I love this little nook.
18:51A little office could go in there.
18:53Very nice.
18:53Looking out over an expanse of church.
18:57It looks amazing up here.
18:59There are two more bedrooms downstairs and a second bathroom.
19:02But if you're thinking about renting out, you know, all the bedrooms are actually part of the property as well.
19:07So if you're going to bring somebody in from the outside, they're going to have to be in your life
19:10space.
19:10And that's not ideal.
19:12But there is a garage which you could convert into a rental suite.
19:15And there's also an acre of property.
19:17So you could add a little guest chalet or a little annex to which guests could come.
19:22It's already up in budget.
19:23That worries me a little.
19:24Potentially, you could negotiate with the sellers and get the price down a little bit.
19:28You could pray.
19:30Because there's still hope.
19:31There is still hope.
19:32See, we're building here.
19:34I love that.
19:35Hope springs eternal, doesn't it?
19:43You know, it's interesting, Colin, with your pick and my pick both having ocean view.
19:48I wonder if we've really set the bar too high.
19:51Three really, really different homes that all had positives and negatives.
19:55So first up, my pick.
19:57A really lovely chalet-style home.
20:00But when they really elevated was when they saw the bedrooms.
20:03Two big love triangles.
20:05The ultimate in vaulted ceilings.
20:06You know, Tanya and John loved the outside.
20:09It was so rustic and escapist.
20:10But inside, it was super suburban.
20:13Actually, they thought it reminded them of a condo.
20:16It's what I like to call a blank canvas.
20:18They don't want a blank canvas.
20:19They want something with a bit more personality.
20:21Which brings you to my pick.
20:23A super charming home right on the ocean.
20:26The view was off the charts.
20:28Classic Nova Scotia.
20:29And of course, the great outside space.
20:31You're going to be out there all summer.
20:33Okay, I'm not going to mention the voyeuristic element to that house.
20:37In the bathroom.
20:38In the bedroom.
20:39A half-height wall.
20:40I mean, the great thing about your pick and my pick.
20:42Is that each of them has the rental potential already built in.
20:46In the wild card pick.
20:48A lovely church.
20:49Thoroughly desanctified.
20:50Drew, the church is a winner for us.
20:52But it could be a sinner for them.
20:54Because it's ten grand over budget.
20:55It's not close to the ocean.
20:57It's on the road.
20:58And they would have to build guest accommodation as well.
21:01I still think it's a really strong contender.
21:03We're just going to have to pray that they make the right decision.
21:07Hi guys.
21:08Good to see you too.
21:09How are you both feeling?
21:11Overwhelmed.
21:11We stayed up all night going through each of the options.
21:15But we do think we've come to a decision.
21:17Tanya.
21:18It is going to be...
21:21The wild card!
21:23Oh, the church!
21:24The church!
21:24Amen!
21:25Amen!
21:27A little bit over budget, but I think it's worth it.
21:29Sometimes you've got to spend a little bit more at the beginning.
21:31And just really embrace head on that wonderful new opportunity.
21:34The inside, the open concept, we can work with it.
21:37It's designed for entertaining.
21:39We're so excited to meet you.
21:40When it comes to your next home, it's all about divine intervention.
21:44You're going to be so happy in there, I'm sure.
21:46Couldn't have done it without you.
21:50Thank you so much.
21:52Take care, Joan.
21:59We got the house!
22:00We got the house!
22:00We got our dream!
22:01Best part, we got the house for $749,000.
22:04We got our short-term rental dream.
22:06We put a dome in the backyard.
22:08My favorite thing about coming here is the peace and quiet that we have.
22:12You can see the stars at night.
22:14The animals love the yard.
22:15It's fantastic.
22:16And in other great developments, already been back to Ireland.
22:20It's a super short flight from Halifax direct.
22:23Great to be able to see the family so quickly.
22:25Tanya and John are absolutely overjoyed with their new home.
22:28They love the soaring ceilings and the unique architectural details.
22:32It truly is a one-of-a-kind house.
22:33Just what they were looking for.
22:35John is working for a pet supply company while Tanya has launched a short-term rental.
22:40The perfect showcase for her hospitality experience and a great way to meet guests.
22:45Being here is a dream come true.
22:47It's absolutely our ideal home.
22:49I want to remind everybody if you know what?
22:54It's not too much and sweet.
22:58It's probably a dream come true.
22:59The Autobot had used all to sign up here.
