00:00Well, bilang hepe ng Committee on Labor dito sa Senado,
00:05syempre nalulungkot din tayo dahil alam natin na kailangan-kailangan ito ng ating mga manggagawa.
00:12And a little confused because dun sa Article 126 ng Labor Code natin,
00:19hindi ito dapat nagkakaroon ng temporary restraining order.
00:24I am more than willing to be corrected kung mali ako dyan.
00:28But yun yung pagkakaintindi ko.
00:30So, it's also a confusing decision for me personally.
00:40But of course, at the end of the day, we will respect the ruling of the court.
00:44I just hope and pray yung panawagan ko na i-resolve ka agad ito, itong TRO na ito.
00:50At the same time, magkaroon ng linaw and ano ba talaga yung spirit ng law doon behind the Labor Code,
00:58yung Article 126.
