00:00I am a mom of three who does pregnancy holistically. This means that I look at the needs of the
00:03whole
00:03body, emotional, mental, physical, spiritual, supplements, all of it, and I look at what I
00:08need to do to take care of myself well. These are some movements that I do every day or as
00:12often as
00:13I can to help prioritize and take care of myself. I stretch out my shoulders. I do this amazing cat
00:18cow movement. It's great for the beginning of pregnancy, for loosening up these pains. It's
00:22great for the end to get baby in a good position. Pigeon pose, which is going to help stretch out
00:26your round ligaments, your hips, your pelvis, as everything is stretching and moving, is really
00:30really important. And if you want to know more about holistic health, what that means, what that
00:34looks like, I've written a whole holistic birth, pregnancy, and postpartum guide to teach you all
00:38the things and give you all the info that you need to know. I found that this combination of simple
00:42movements, lunges, being aware of my breath, and moving my body in a way that is a little bit
00:47difficult so that I can tell myself I can do hard things but not too difficult has been amazing for
00:51healthy pregnancies, healthy birth, and feeling good. So if you want to learn more about holistic
00:56pregnancy, what you should be eating in pregnancy, supplementation, movement, belly breathing,
01:00all of the things that go into a good quality natural birth and pregnancy experience, comment
01:04below and I would love to send you my guide.
