00:04it's really good because probiotics are really important but there's so many different sources
00:07of them so I'm going to talk about what my family does to maintain good good health and our budget.
00:11For us there's two categories of probiotics, supplements, and whole foods. Let's talk about
00:15the whole foods first. The absolute best place to get any nourishment that your body needs is from
00:19food. Probiotics are a natural thing in certain fermented foods and they are so incredible for
00:24you. So I try to get some kind of ferment in our bodies every day and for us that looks
00:27like
00:27kefir, yogurt, kimchi, sauerkraut, tickles, etc. Some kind of naturally fermented food. And then
00:33there's a couple different brands of captured probiotics that I really like. Life Nine from
00:36Young Living, Mighty Pro from Young Living, and then Azure Well also has one that I really like but I
00:40don't currently have a bottle. If you're trying to maintain or heal your gut health my best tips are
00:43going to be probiotics from real foods, then some specific healing probiotics, and some changes to
