Transcript
00:00I feel like it's so easy to get caught up in a seasonal depression in the UK,
00:03especially when it's been for like 100 days or something.
00:07So I'd say like this summer I'm going to make the most of it,
00:12so I'm not going back to that sort of position.
00:16But I'd say the best place to go is probably Hyde Park.
00:20Tips to keep cool, close the blinds and the windows in the day,
00:26at the day and in the evening open it up to get air through.
00:29I have some cooling blankets at home I use a lot,
00:34it's keeping me nice and cool at night.
00:36It's lovely and sunny, normally bricks were always like complaining about the weather.
00:40It's sunny, what's to complain about?
00:42If you're too hot just get a fan or,
00:44they all like Chinese style fans, you know the paper ones instead of the power ones.
00:50Spray water, drink water, keep hydrated,
00:54yeah, find shade and don't be out around lunchtime,
00:58because obviously that gets the peak heat, doesn't it?
01:00So yeah, if you've got dogs use cooling mats with them
01:03and if you've got little ones put them in shade and everything else.
01:06I like to just keep cool by just stay hydrated
01:09and I like interacting with people and talking to people and get myself out there.
01:13But it's alright to get out of your own company and meet new people,
01:16because you don't know who you'll meet.
01:17And the weather's actually quite hot,
01:19you can see a lot of people outside as well enjoying themselves.
01:21It's about time we had this kind of weather.
01:24It gets everybody happy and, you know, so all to it.
