00:05and subsequently charged, along with her mother, for what the police say was unauthorized participation at the procession.
00:13Said on Facebook that, quote, June 19th was never meant to be just another annual march.
00:18It should and must always be regarded as a call to action, end quote.
00:23Her Facebook post on Sunday followed her post on Saturday night, in which she said that she and her mother
00:29are out by God's grace.
00:31However, Ms. Phillip also said that she got a panic attack and added that she usually gets them, quote,
00:37under severe stressful circumstances, but it's been a while since it has been this bad, end quote.
00:43Ms. Phillip further said that she was unconscious for most of it, but she's okay now, as she also said
00:49her chest still hurts,
00:50as she expressed thanks for what she called all the love, support, and concern.
00:56However, the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service said in a statement on Saturday in reference to the arrests in Fisabat
01:01on Labor Day
01:02that a social activist and a small group of followers who were not members of the trade union movement attempted
01:08to join the procession.
01:09The TTPS also said police officers told them that they were not covered under the trade union's permit.
01:15On Sunday, Natuk General Secretary Michael Anaset, who also leads the Seamen and Waterfront Workers Trade Union,
01:22spoke at a joint media conference with other union leaders on the matter.

01:45and everybody who wants to participate in Labor Day.
01:50On Sunday, Ms. Phillip said in a Facebook post that she has never been comfortable with the title activist
01:55and that she is simply someone who is willing to speak up about issues that affect us all.
