00:00I think Pitch has done a great job articulating what we expect from our guys.
00:05To be more explosive, to be able to close out games, you know, in our four-minute drill,
00:11and that's going to take place on the ground primarily.
00:14And so I think our guys have really bought into what it needs to look like for our team next
00:19year.
00:19It's not just speaking to the offense.
00:21That's a team aspect of it where we need all three phases to be intertwined
00:25in order to play in each phase how we want to play.
00:28Obviously on defense you want to get a lead and you can just tee off
00:31and we can finish games with a lot of the playmakers we have up front.
00:34And on offense you want the defense to play really well so we get that lead
00:38and we get able to get to grind it out and control the clock
00:40and finish the game on the run and wear down a defense
00:42and special teams be explosive and win the battlefield position.
00:45So it all ties together.
00:46We're all counting on each other to be able to step up and do their job
00:50so that we can finish the games, you know, on each side of the ball the way we want to.
00:53So we're so far along with the years of service from our offensive guys
01:00that it all makes sense to them.
01:02So you can put in a couple tweaks that you're not going to touch again
01:04until September or October and the recall from these guys will be really good.
01:09And then again, that's – yeah, there's new guys certainly that have a lot to learn.
01:14But we're just – you've got to be able to put up, you know,
01:17the experience in a system amongst the guys on our offense
01:21up against any unit in the league.
01:23I would imagine it's tops.
01:25And so there's just a lot of offense then because they can handle it,
01:28they understand it, and we can draw from it at the right times.
01:31And so there's – yeah, there's a lot of offense in the league that's going to be able to do
01:31it at the right times.
