DAY 54/365 – BACK WORKOUT | Stronger Back, Stronger You! 💥

Aaj ka session tha pure BACK par focus! 🔥

Consistency is the key and we are not stopping! Day 54 done ✅

In today’s workout, I trained:

🏋️‍♂️ Wide Lat Pulldown – Back width ke liye

🏋️ Heavy Rows – Thickness build karne ke liye

🏋️ Seated Cable Row – Mid-back targeting

Back workout sirf muscles ke liye nahi, posture aur strength ke liye bhi super important hai 💯
Slow reps, proper form, and full stretch + squeeze – that’s the goal!

No shortcuts, only hard work 🔥
