Day 44 of my 365 Days Fitness Challenge is all about building a stronger, wider and thicker BACK! 💥
In today’s session, I focused on:
✔️ Lat Pulldowns – for that wide V-shape
✔️ Cable Rows – to build mid-back thickness
✔️ Deadlifts – for overall back strength and power
Back training is not just about looks, it’s about posture, strength, and total body stability.
A strong back supports better lifts, better performance, and prevents injuries.
Consistency is the real game changer. 44 days down, 321 more to go! 🚀
