Aaj alarm baja, body ne bola “kal legs the, aaj thoda easy rakhte hain”, par Day 16 ne bola — “peeche se strong nahi ho, toh aage kaise dikhega?” 😤

Back day hai bhai… lat pulldown ne wings ko jagaya 🦅, rows ne spine ko solid banaya,
aur deadlift ne full-body ko reality check de diya 😮‍💨🔥

Pull karte waqt sirf weight nahi, excuses bhi peeche chhoot rahe hain.

Back kaam kar rahi hai, aur posture ke saath confidence bhi seedha khada ho raha hai 💪

Zindagi abhi bhi sorted nahi hai, par direction clear ho rahi hai — kyunki strong back sirf body ko nahi, character aur attitude dono ko support karta hai 💯
