Welcome to Day 41 of my 365 Days Gym Challenge!
Today’s focus is on Shoulders – building strength, size, and definition.
In this workout, I performed:
🏋️♂️ Shoulder Press
🏋️♂️ Seated Shoulder Press
🏋️♂️ Lateral Raises
🏋️♂️ Front Raises
This session targets all three heads of the deltoids – front, side, and rear – helping to improve overall shoulder strength and upper body aesthetics.
Consistency is the key! One day at a time, one workout at a time. 💯
