Aaj alarm baja, body ne bola “arms kal kar lenge”, par Day 9 ne bola — “pull day skip nahi hota.” 😤

Back & biceps day hai bhai… lat pulldown ne wings yaad dila di 🦅, rows ne spine ko strong banaya, aur curls ne biceps ko full-on fire kar diya 🔥💪

Pull ke saath sirf weight nahi,
discipline bhi upar ja raha hai.
Back kaam kar rahi hai,
arms ke saath confidence bhi pump ho raha hai 😮‍💨

Zindagi abhi bhi sorted nahi hai,
par posture straight ho raha hai —
kyunki strong back sirf body nahi,
attitude bhi sambhalta hai 💯

Agar workout ke baad T-shirt pe back lines feel ho rahi ho aur sleeves thodi tight lag rahi ho,
