Day 40/365 – Biceps Muscles Workout 💪🔥

Welcome to Day 40 of my 365 Days Gym Challenge!

Today’s focus is all about building bigger, stronger, and more defined biceps.

Consistency is the key, and we’re pushing hard to grow those arms and improve overall upper-body strength.

In this workout, I’ve included intense and effective biceps exercises like:

• Dumbbell Curl

• Alternating Hammer Curls

• Concentration Curls

• Barbell / EZ Bar Curls

• Finisher Burnout Set

The goal today is controlled reps, full range of motion, and maximum muscle contraction.

Remember — it’s not just about lifting heavy, it’s about lifting right.

Day 40 means no excuses. We stay disciplined. We stay focused.
