Aaj alarm baja, body ne bola “kal push day tha, aaj thoda easy chalte hain”, par Day 13 ne bola — “pull day excuses accept nahi karta.” 😤

Back & biceps day hai bhai… lat pulldown ne wings ko jagaya 🦅, rows ne thickness banayi, aur barbell curls ne biceps ko aag laga di 😮‍💨🔥

Pull karte waqt sirf weight nahi, discipline aur patience bhi develop ho rahe hain.

Back kaam kar rahi hai, arms ke saath posture bhi straight ho raha hai 💪

Zindagi abhi bhi sorted nahi hai, par direction clear ho rahi hai — kyunki strong back sirf body ko nahi, character ko bhi support deta hai 💯

Agar workout ke baad mirror mein V-shape thodi aur clear lage aur sleeves biceps pe atakne lage,
