16:51so we went to see Penny and Susie
16:55Penny had a book to tell her about the sea coming in and out
17:01but PC Plum didn't understand it
17:04so Archie came up with a simple invention
17:07he built a sand boat in the nursery sand pit
17:11when he filled it with water it looked like the boat was floating
17:16PC Plum and Archie then took their children to the beach
17:20they made a big sand boat and a lovely shell picture with all the shells they'd collected
17:26and once the sand boat was full of water
17:29PC Plum knew that the tide was coming in
17:31and that it was time to go home
17:38so that was the story in Balamori
