17:14So Archie suggested they visit Spencer, the painter.
17:19Because if anyone could make Penny smile, he could.
17:23Spencer thought if he could get the children to paint lots of pictures
17:26and make her very own art gallery,
17:28then Penny wouldn't be able to help herself from smiling
17:31and she'd soon forget all about her hiccups.
