10:20After I dropped the children at the nursery this morning, I was stuck in traffic for hours.
10:28Cars had backed up for miles to stop and look at the funny clown signposts dotted around the town.
10:35To get the roads clear again, I figured we'd need to stop whoever is making the clowns.
10:42We soon worked out who the culprit was when Miss Hooley found Archie's scarf wrapped around one of the clowns'
10:48necks.
10:50So, I went to tell Archie to stop putting up the clowns next to the road, but he just wouldn't
10:56listen.
10:56I tried to explain to him that his clowns were causing huge traffic jams,
11:01but he just wants to cheer everyone up on their way to school
11:05and won't stop until the entire planet is covered in the things.

17:13that he didn't listen to a word Edie said.
17:16It was led to PC Plum to stop Archie.
17:20He took Archie to the children's traffic club.

17:26because they tell drivers different things.
17:30Archie agreed to take down his clown signs
17:32so the drivers could drive around the island without a problem.
