00:00Do you speak Hindi? Do you speak Hindi?
00:03Yes sir, I can speak Hindi, but I can speak a little bit.
00:07That's Sartak Siddhant, Dharachi teenager whose questions about CVSC's evaluation system grew into a national controversy.
00:14I started investigating this around 5 days ago with my friend Mr Gadhikari and a reporter.
00:18A class 12 student at JVM Shambli, Sartak previously spent most of his school years at DPS Bokaro.
00:24When he is not posting about coding and robotics, he can be found running Darshi, a page that tracks potholes,
00:30garbage dumps and other civic issues across Ranchi and Bokaro.
00:33Sartak's involvement in the CVSC issue began after he applied for a scanned copy of his answer sheet and started
00:38examining how the digital evaluation system worked.
00:41What began his questions about his own marks soon turned into a deeper investigation into CVSC tender documents linked to
00:47the on-screen marking system.
00:49I think we all have a background about COEMP, that COEMP was named as Globalina and they have a very
00:54shady background.
00:5523 students killed themselves because of COEMP.
00:57He partnered with ethical hacker Nisargadhikari and spent days scrapping and analyzing all 576 available
01:04CBSC procurement records on the central public procurement portal.
01:08He later published his findings in a viral blog post titled,
01:11how CBSC rewrote the rules to favor COEMP edutech, alleging irregularities in the tendering process behind the evaluation system.
01:18Sartak went on to present a seven-page document outlining his findings before a parliamentary committee,
01:22chaired by Digvija Singh and later met Rahul Gandhi.
01:24His work has made him one of the most talked about student voices in the ongoing debate around CBSC's digital
01:30evaluation system.
