01:37CBSE issued this tender three times, there were three different RFPs
01:41The first was totally wiped off, the first was wiped off the GEM portal and everywhere
01:46The second one I could find, and it was four bidders applied and all of them were like failed in

01:54COEMT and TCS happened to have been in there
01:58On 28th August, CBSE releases another tender and COEMT-EDUTEC scores that tender
02:05and I have compared both these tenders, these old RFP and the new RFP
02:10on the 2nd May and the 28th August and I have found some discrepancies which I would like to share
02:14The first discrepancy is that in the old tender there were three clauses of poor performance
02:21that the service provider which happens to be COEMT would be disqualified if they have poor performance
