This simple party appetizer is so much easier to make than a cheese board. In this video, Chloe shows you how to make charcuterie nachos using brie cheese, fig jam, and a platter of potato chips! Baked in the oven until the cheese is gooey and topped with cold prosciutto, we won’t judge you if you eat this entire platter before your guests arrive.

00:00Charcuterie nachos are easier than a cheese board.
00:02This is maybe the simplest party app yet.
00:04It starts by covering a sheet tray with potato chips
00:07and then adding a layer of cheese.
00:08I'm using big chunks of brie
00:10and crumbled blue cheese all over the top.
00:12Then I'm microwaving some fig jam
00:14to drizzle over top of everything.
00:15Add another layer of chips, more brie, blue cheese and jam,
00:20plus some olives before baking for about five minutes
00:22until the cheese is melted.
00:24Top it with pulled pieces of prosciutto
00:25and you're good to go.
00:26Me, Love Island, and a big tray of this.
00:28It's a good night.
00:30You can have friends over too, I guess.
