During the discussion on The Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Amendment Bill, 2026 in the Lok Sabha, Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi launched a sharp attack on the government over paper leaks and issues in the examination system. He said that students’ concerns were not being taken seriously and that the education system was facing several challenges. Rahul Gandhi alleged that the influence of the RSS has increased in the education sector and stated that the situation would not change with the resignation of just one minister. He highlighted that paper leaks affect poor and middle-class students the most, while privileged students may have more resources to cope. The government objected to some of his remarks, leading to heated exchanges in the House. During the debate, the opposition strongly raised issues related to student protests, examination irregularities, and reforms needed in the education system.


लोकसभा में The Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Amendment Bill, 2026 पर चर्चा के दौरान नेता प्रतिपक्ष राहुल गांधी ने पेपर लीक और परीक्षा व्यवस्था को लेकर सरकार पर तीखा हमला बोला। उन्होंने कहा कि छात्रों की समस्याओं को गंभीरता से नहीं सुना गया और मौजूदा शिक्षा व्यवस्था में कई चुनौतियां हैं। राहुल गांधी ने आरोप लगाया कि शिक्षा व्यवस्था में राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ (RSS) का प्रभाव बढ़ गया है और केवल किसी एक मंत्री के इस्तीफे से स्थिति नहीं बदलेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि पेपर लीक का सबसे अधिक नुकसान गरीब और मध्यम वर्ग के छात्रों को उठाना पड़ता है। वहीं, सरकार ने उनके कुछ बयानों पर आपत्ति जताई और सदन में हंगामा भी हुआ। इस बहस में विपक्ष ने छात्रों के प्रदर्शन, परीक्षा में अनियमितताओं और शिक्षा व्यवस्था से जुड़े मुद्दों को प्रमुखता से उठाया।
