00:00Indie survival game Valheim will be making an appearance on the PC gaming show June 7th.
00:03We first revealed this game back in our 2020 show, and since then, the Early Access game
00:07has undergone a host of updates, from Hearth and Home enhancing the core survival and building
00:10experiences, to Mistlands adding a new biome and magic system, to Ashland's challenge
00:14and Call to Arms combat update.
00:15Despite only being in Early Access, it was voted PC Gamers Game of the Year in 2021,
00:19and it's easy to see why.
00:20It basically took over the world when it launched, delighting us with its Viking-inspired
00:24world and rich systems.
00:25I'm a big fan of having to actually think about the structural integrity of my base
00:28as I build it, but maybe that's because I used to study engineering.
