00:00Here's the five top indie games dropping this October.
00:03Forever Ago.
00:03There's weirdly a bit of a car theme in this month's indie picks,
00:06but bear with us because it's going to be worth it.
00:09Forever Ago is a road trip adventure that has you playing as an old man in search of redemption,
00:13reliving memories of a lifelong love, taking photographs, making new friends,
00:17and even getting a new dog.
00:19Truckful.
00:20Okay, this time it's a pickup, but this one's got a dark edge.
00:23Truckful is a new dark adventure where you're delivering goods,
00:26but through an ancient forest steeped in legend and myth that definitely aren't too welcoming to strangers.
00:31Over the Hill.
00:32From the makers of 2020's Art of Rally comes a new driving open world adventure in Over the Hill,
00:37where you can simply enjoy exploring the landscapes in a range of different cars,
00:41or play with pals and work together to overcome challenges.
00:44The Witch's Bakery.
00:45Inspired by Kiki's delivery service and Persona 5,
00:48The Witch's Bakery is a 2D RPG where you play as a witch baker living in Paris,
00:52serve your customers, explore the city, and literally heal hearts with croissants.
00:57Emberville.
00:57With a voice cast that's like a who's who of the games industry,
01:00Emberville is basically what happens when you cross Stardew Valley and Diablo.
01:04It's an action adventure that sees you rebuilding the town,
01:06fighting through an eternal prison,
01:08and working to understand the world and its people.
