00:25But let me be clear.
00:27I will have no part in a rewriting of history that seeks to demonize Boris, exaggerate his faults, or deny
00:37his efforts.
00:39We need to have a grown-up conversation about the central policy question that all candidates have to answer in
00:46this election.
00:47Do you have a credible plan to protect our economy and get it growing?
00:53My message to the party and the country is simple.
00:57I have a plan to steer our economy through these headwinds.
