02:39and flew in Romanian airspace for around four minutes.
02:42The explosives on board the drone detonated when it hit the building, Miruța added.
02:48The incident has sparked strong criticism from leaders across Europe.
02:54In the drone, in the drone, a passage in Romania,
02:59the Russian responsibility is to escalate this war.
03:10EU chief Ursula von der Leyen also said Russia had crossed yet another line.
03:16The drone had been involved in the bombing of infrastructure in Ukraine before crashing in Galati, authorities said.
03:22An investigation is constantly ongoing at the scene.
03:30Russia launched a large-scale attack on the region of Odessa early on Friday,
03:35leaving roughly 4,000 people without power in the south of the region.
03:39Russian drones also struck three commercial ships in the Black Sea,
03:43which were moving along the Ukrainian Maritam Corridor.

03:57A Russian drone that was part of the overnight attack on Ukraine
04:00then crashed into a residential building in the eastern Romanian city.
04:05Meanwhile, further inland, Russia also launched an attack at Zaborizha,
04:10damaging several residential buildings and injuring one woman.

04:35NATO is conducting military exercises just 30 kilometers from the Finnish-Russian border
04:41amid renewed drone incursions within NATO territory.
04:44On Friday morning, at least two people in the Romanian town of Galati were injured by a drone
04:49as Russia attacked Ukrainian infrastructure near the border.
04:52It's the most dangerous incident out of several recent encroachments into NATO territory.
04:58Baltic countries have reported Russia has hijacked Ukrainian drones,
05:01sending them into Baltic and other state territories.
05:04Lithuania was forced to close its airspace on a number of occasions, causing major disruption.
05:10NATO Secretary-General Mark Rudd has vowed to defend every inch of NATO territory,
05:14with the U.S. ambassador describing the violation into Romania as reckless.
05:19So while traditional capabilities like battle tanks, Chinook helicopters, armed forces,
05:24are still vital to protect Europe's eastern flank, particularly as a deterrence against any Russian invasion,
05:30exponential growth and investment into counter-drone systems and surveillance
05:34are more vital at this moment with ongoing Russian aggression and drone incursions.
05:40I think the big thing there, I think, is having this, you know, kind of autonomous kill web of these
05:45different drones and things,
05:46all these unmanned capabilities.
05:49So one, we're preserving that power.
05:51So when we do get attacked, the counter-attack that comes from the allies from NATO,
05:56that we have all those humans still able to go to the fight.
06:00Finland retained conscription into the army for young males even after the Cold War ended.
06:04Given its 1,350-kilometer border with Russia, it's always been on guard,
06:09as the Finns say the threat from the Kremlin never went away.
06:13Having joined NATO in response to Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine,
06:17Finland says along with allies it's collectively learning from the Ukraine more,
06:21including advancements in drone and anti-drone technology.
06:27We have done that alone centuries, but now we are not alone and we have allies.
06:32And as we are learning from each other and in developing our interoperability capabilities,
06:39then it's really important to have our allies and exercise with them.
06:44And we don't have only our conscripts, but we also have our reservists.
06:48Because a reservist is the backbone of the Finnish army.
06:52And we are learning and we are adjusting our ways to think.
06:56And we are looking really closely how the war is developing as it has changed.
07:04How much it changed the battlefield, that's a soldier's task.
07:08Around 10,000 soldiers from seven allied countries, including the U.S., U.K., France,
07:13as well as the Finnish army conscripts, are taking part in the Northern Star and SWORD 26 exercises.

07:24U.S. and Iranian negotiators have reached a tentative framework agreement
07:29to extend the Iran's war ceasefire by 60 days
07:33and launch negotiations on Iran's nuclear program towards a final deal.
07:39The tentative framework agreement was confirmed by Vice President J.D. Vance late Thursday,
07:44but Vance said it was unclear if Presidents Donald Trump would approve of it.
07:49Part of what we're trying to do here is really set the stage for a successful negotiation.
07:53There are certain details that are going to have to be figured out
07:56that are going to take a little bit of time to determine.
07:58So there are a lot of details to work out.
08:00But what I mean is I think we're making progress.
08:02We're getting to a point where we could potentially sit down and settle these issues.
08:06But that requires us to make a little bit more progress.
08:09I can't guarantee that we're going to get there.
08:11But right now I feel pretty good about it.
08:12The emerging memorandum of understanding came as the fragile ceasefire in the war
08:17appeared to be wavering following renewed exchange of fire between both sides this week.
08:23According to reports, a finalized deal would also include a reopening of the Strait of Hormuz,
08:29whose months-long closure by Tehran has led to a push-up in energy prices
08:35and disruption of global supply chains.
08:41Russian drone incursions into EU airspace are not mistakes, they are provocations.

08:53A Russian drone hit a residential building in NATO member Romania last night,
08:58injuring two people.
08:59It was part of an overnight attack on Ukraine.
09:02It's extremely, extremely serious.
09:04It's really hard to overstate how much of an escalation this is.
09:10This is another drone attack.
09:14Let's remember that now people have been injured in Romania.
09:19In September, about 20 drones have crossed into Polish space.
09:26These are not mistakes.
09:27These are provocations.
09:29European Commission's President Ursula von der Leyen
09:32said Russia's war of aggression has crossed yet another line.
09:36She stressed the EU will keep strengthening its security and deterrence,
09:40especially on the eastern border.
09:42We have a very clear situation who is the aggressor here.
09:50It's, of course, up to the Romanian government to decide whether or not
09:54activate Article 4 of NATO that allows for us to have a consultation.
10:01Dozens of drone incursions were detected in Romania since Russia's 2022 full-scale invasion

10:43Significa, appunto, continuare in un processo di disarticolazione necessario per impedire la formazione
